Mirchandani
Born in Africa and raised in Europe, brothers Rakesh and Rajesh Mirchandani have called Dubai home since 2006. In 2013, they co-founded RNR International, a real estate company that has consistently delivered over AED 400 million in annual sales under their leadership.
Their strategic vision and execution were instrumental in driving AED 3.5 billion in project sales with SKAI Holdings. Today, they oversee and manage a real estate asset portfolio exceeding AED 350 million.
Multilingual and globally minded, the Mirchandani brothers are fluent in English, Spanish, Hindi, French, and Lingala, allowing them to build trusted relationships across cultures and markets.
In addition to RNR, they co-founded RRS Capital Management, through which they have invested over AED 150 million, while actively expanding a dynamic and diversified property portfolio in Dubai and internationally.
Dhawan
Born in Africa, raised in Europe, and rooted in Dubai since 2006, Rakesh and Rajesh founded RNR International in 2013. Under their leadership, the company consistently achieves over AED 400M in annual sales. They’ve spearheaded project sales worth AED 3.5Bn with SKAI Holdings and currently manage assets exceeding AED 350M.
As multilingual leaders (fluent in English, Spanish, Hindi, French, and Lingala), they bring a global perspective to real estate. Their ventures iWith over three decades of global experience, Sanjay is an expert in joint ventures, private equity REITs, and large-scale developments. His notable work includes a 4-star UK hotel leased to the government, luxury villa redevelopments in London, and major projects in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah totalling over AED 1.8Bn. He’s also raised AED 170M in equity for a GCC REIT, serving as a trusted strategic advisor across the UK, Europe, and GCC.nclude co-founding RRS Capital Management, where they’ve invested AED 150M, and building a diverse property portfolio across Dubai and abroad.
Sharad Ved
Sameer brings over 20 years of leadership in the Middle East, transitioning from a legacy-rich trading background to high-yield real estate investments since 2008. His portfolio spans residential projects in the UAE and India, purpose-built warehouses, and executive accommodations. Known for nurturing long-term partnerships across sectors like oil & gas and real estate, he focuses on business growth, customer engagement, and operational excellence.“We believe the opening of the Wynn Hotel in 2027 will significantly boost UAE’s tourism and investment landscape.”
