Born in Africa and raised in Europe, brothers Rakesh and Rajesh Mirchandani have called Dubai home since 2006. In 2013, they co-founded RNR International, a real estate company that has consistently delivered over AED 400 million in annual sales under their leadership.
Their strategic vision and execution were instrumental in driving AED 3.5 billion in project sales with SKAI Holdings. Today, they oversee and manage a real estate asset portfolio exceeding AED 350 million.
Multilingual and globally minded, the Mirchandani brothers are fluent in English, Spanish, Hindi, French, and Lingala, allowing them to build trusted relationships across cultures and markets.
In addition to RNR, they co-founded RRS Capital Management, through which they have invested over AED 150 million, while actively expanding a dynamic and diversified property portfolio in Dubai and internationally.

Sanjay Dhawan, Founder & CEO of Habitat Real Estate, brings over 32 years of experience in real estate and electronics. Since establishing Habitat in 2002, he has led major projects across the UK, GCC, and Europe, specializing in joint ventures, bulk sales, and residential and commercial developments. His portfolio includes a major redevelopment in Birmingham, luxury villas in London, and investment in a 4-star UK hotel leased to the government. In Dubai, he spearheaded a 2.2 million sq. ft. mixed-use project valued at USD 400M, raised USD 46.5M for a GCC REIT, and executed high-value sales in Ras Al Khaimah and JBR, including a shopping mall worth USD 165M. Known for his strategic leadership and market insight, Sanjay consistently delivers complex, high-return projects. He is also the co-founder and partner of RRS Capital Management and RRS International Development.

Sameer brings over 20 years of leadership in the Middle East, transitioning from a legacy-rich trading background to high-yield real estate investments since 2008. His portfolio spans residential projects in the UAE and India, purpose-built warehouses, and executive accommodations. Born and raised in Delhi, Shilpa Jain combines sharp business acumen with creative vision. Alongside, she nurtured her passion for interior design, blending creativity with strategy. Since moving to Dubai in 2012, Shilpa has established herself as a visionary entrepreneur and investor. Today, as a Founder of RRS International Development FZ LLC, she drives projects redefining luxury living and investment opportunities, showcasing a rare mix of financial expertise, creative flair, and entrepreneurial spirit shaping real estate in the UAE.
